As one of the largest private practices in New Zealand, we have over 20 credentialed and highly-trained specialists committed to providing patient-centred healthcare and looking after the individual needs of our patients. MHT began operations in 2001 as a charitable trust with the goal of improving the health and wellbeing of the Counties Manukau community. We accomplish this by returning a portion of our profits back to the local healthcare community, and by working seamlessly with the Counties Manukau District Health Board to ensure the best quality and most efficient healthcare is delivered. MHT is a registered charitable entity with the Charities Commission CC46149.
MHT is located within the Manukau SuperClinic™. Our staff provide friendly service including scheduling of appointments for patients, and directing you to the right specialist. Our Support Team will be available to answer your questions, whether you are a patient with a question about treatment or a GP seeking a specialist.

Hassle-free Claims
MHT is an affiliated provider to Southern Cross, which means we will organise prior approval for your service, and submit invoices for the covered amount directly to Southern Cross. All you need to do is provide your membership number and we will take care of the rest! MHT also works closely with Sovereign Insurance and other insurance providers.
